Techub News reports that the Ethereum Foundation has disclosed its new management structure and board composition, along with its vision. Hxiao-Wei Wang and Tomasz K. Stańczak have been officially appointed as co-executive directors, and former EF executive director Aya Miyaguchi will take on the new role of president. Stańczak is expected to serve a two-year term and will continue his existing work, including with the blockchain infrastructure company Nethermind. It is still unclear whether Hiao-Wei will have the same term, but she will "act as a bridge between the board and management." Over the next 12 months, Stańczak and Hiao-Wei will focus on the expansion of the Ethereum mainnet and Blobs, as well as driving improvements in user experience, including L2 interoperability and the application layer.

In addition, Josh Stark and Bastian Aue have been appointed as "co-regulators" of the board. Aue will focus on the foundation's recruitment and training, while Stark will concentrate on project execution, communication, and marketing. The board position of Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin is yet to be determined, and he will continue to "provide technical and knowledge guidance for the broader Ethereum ecosystem." Buterin noted in a blog co-authored with Miyaguchi that EF will particularly focus on acquiring new users and maximizing the "resilience of Ethereum technology and social infrastructure."
