From March 28 to 30, a developer conference themed around building a compliant and secure Web3 financial ecosystem will be held in Seoul, South Korea. This hackathon is aimed at global developers, innovators, and Web3 enthusiasts, featuring four key competition tracks that cover critical areas of the ecosystem.

HashKey Chain Hackathon—"Taiyi" will kick off on March 28 in Seoul, South Korea, with a total prize pool of 500,000 $HSK, inviting developers from around the world

Competition Track

  1. PayFi: Focusing on cross-border payment protocols, tokenization of physical assets, and AI quantitative strategies, it aims to build a compliance bridge between traditional finance and Web3.

  2. Social: Focus on developing social dissemination tools, decentralized content platforms, or community governance models to create a dedicated social layer for large user groups.

  3. AI Agent: Dedicated to developing on-chain information managers, asset management assistants, or intelligent collaborators for developers, achieving low-threshold Web3 interactions through AI agents.

  4. AI Infra: Involves the development of VS Code plugins, data availability components, and the construction of integration toolkits with AI frameworks to promote ecological development from an infrastructure perspective.

Reward Mechanism

This event has set up a prize pool totaling 500,000 HSK, including 6 award categories. Winning projects not only have the chance to receive long-term funding and mentor guidance but also can deeply participate in ecological construction and collaborate with the official team and industry partners. In addition, there are 100 HSK red packets prepared at the event site, and all participating developers have the opportunity to receive one.

Talent Program

The organizing party has launched a talent pool program, inviting developers from around the world to join. Successful developers will receive HSK token rewards and exclusive NFTs. Participation methods include:

  • Sign up for the hackathon and check in on site.
  • For registrants who are unable to check in on-site, the organizers will evaluate their GitHub profiles to assess their contributions to relevant open-source projects.

Partner

This event has received support from multiple developer communities and projects in South Korea, with a particular focus on areas such as PayFi, physical assets, and stablecoins. More than 10 communities and projects have already reached cooperation agreements. At the same time, a well-known wallet is also supporting this conference as a special sponsor to jointly promote the development of the Web3 ecosystem.

Partners include:

  • Academic Cooperation: Multiple renowned universities and blockchain research institutions
  • Community Collaboration: Multiple blockchain and fintech communities
  • Media Cooperation: Multiple cryptocurrency and blockchain media

Future Plans

The organizers stated that there will be three similar hackathon events held this year. In addition, a sharing session will be held in Taipei on April 1, welcoming interested developers to participate.

This series of activities aims to build a high-performance, compliance-friendly public chain ecosystem, focusing on providing secure, open, and scalable Web3 infrastructure for institutions and developers under the dual drive of compliance and innovation. The ecosystem is committed to connecting key areas such as Bitcoin finance, payment finance, stablecoins, and physical assets, promoting the deep integration of on-chain finance with the real-world economy.

In the future, the ecosystem will continue to evolve, building a superchain ecosystem with logical unity and value interconnection, working together with more partners to promote the development of blockchain technology and share future opportunities in decentralized finance.

Another on-chain infrastructure meeting that skirts the edge. These addresses can't hide it; the essence is an AI-driven money game.
