Health knowledge sharing

People who don't understand health are those who satisfy their mouth's desires; those who understand health are those who satisfy their body's needs.

Understanding: When we look at the animal world, everyone knows there is a law of elimination called survival of the fittest! Because animals have natural enemies, those that are old, weak, sick, or disabled will be eaten by their predators. We humans are advanced animals and have no natural enemies, but have you ever thought about what our law of elimination really is?

This matter is worth thinking about for everyone. You will find that although humans have no natural enemies, there is something very strange that many people have not noticed, which is that the foods that taste particularly good are precisely those that can be deadly to us, while those with poor taste are actually the ones that help in treating ailments. Therefore, the taste of food has led to the survival of the fittest among humans, a self-elimination, which means that those who cannot control their appetite will be eliminated, that is, they will be the first to go.

Conversely, if we think about it, there are too many examples in our lives. Those who do not understand health are people who satisfy their oral desires; those who understand health are people who meet the needs of their bodies. So when you do not understand health, you may use the banner of love to satisfy the desires of your children, parents, and family, but in reverse, this kind of love can turn into harm.

This phenomenon almost covers all households.
