CFTC data: Fund managers significantly increased their long positions in S&P 500 index futures.

According to data platform reports, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) data shows that as of the week ending August 12, fund managers increased their net long positions in the S&P 500 index CME by 46,675 contracts, bringing the total to 887,310 contracts.
