As August is coming to an end, my participation in the Web3 project has entered a brief hiatus. During the 8-day wait for the next opportunity to earn points, let's take a look back at this month's operations and gains.
In terms of profits, at the beginning of the month, I was fortunate to seize two high-value projects, each worth over 100U. The average selling price of other projects is around 40U. Considering the daily trading loss of 16 cents (about 4U/day), the total profit for this month reached around 300U. I chose to withdraw these earnings directly to my U card to subsidize my daily expenses.
Regarding my device and network environment, I primarily use the iPhone 16 Max. At home, I rely on WiFi and do not use a proxy; when I go out, I directly use the 5G network.
It is worth noting that between the evening of August 21 and the evening of August 23, I encountered two instances of project claim failures. Although the pre-check passed and the slider verification was completed, the second facial recognition step ultimately failed. After communicating with customer service, I learned that this was due to the system detecting a "device environment change," which necessitated additional identity verification. To avoid similar situations, it is recommended to keep the device environment stable and not use a proxy.
Looking back at my journey of participating in Web3 projects since May, I have maintained a continuous participation attitude regardless of the profits. May became the month with the highest earnings due to seizing the opportunity of a popular project. In contrast, June saw a significant drop in profits as my trading score was low (less than or equal to 15 and volatile), causing me to miss out on many project participation qualifications.
This experience has made me deeply aware of the importance of stability and strategic adjustments in the Web3 sector. Even in months with lower returns, maintaining participation and learning new strategies is crucial. In the future, I will continue to optimize operational strategies, balance risks and returns, and strive to achieve more stable profits in this field full of opportunities and challenges.
