French internet of things chip company Sequans Communications (NYSE: SQNS) announced the launch of a stock issuance plan of up to $200 million at-the-market (ATM), with the raised funds to be used for executing its long-term Bitcoin treasury reserve strategy. The company has previously acquired Bitcoin through financing and plans to continue using Bitcoin as a primary treasury reserve asset. (Business Insider)
