According to a joint statement from the Israeli Security Agency and the Tel Aviv police, the suspect, Or Beilin, completed multiple tasks, including photographing sensitive sites and spray-painting political graffiti. The investigation revealed that Iranian agents contacted targets through social media platforms.
Two other Israeli citizens were also arrested for similar espionage activities, including 28-year-old Dmitri Cohen from Haifa. Cohen is accused of gathering intelligence on the fiancée of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's son. The suspects received Crypto Assets worth $500 for each completed task, accumulating thousands of dollars.
