Gate’s new feature – Transfer with Offer – allows peer-to-peer cryptocurrency transactions and trading. Through Push, users are able to trade directly with each other on their own terms, which makes cryptocurrency trading easy and convenient. Once a transfer is made, no further confirmation or verification is required. For safety reasons, users must make sure that the transfer quantity and total payment are filled in correctly before confirming the transfer.
How to conduct transactions through Transfer with Offer (on app):
Open the Gate app on your phone. Log in to your account, click on “Assets” - “Withdrawal”.
Select the coin you want to withdraw, and then click the Phone/Email/Gate UID option below.
Enter the “Phone/Email/GateUID” interface, turn on Transfer with Offer, follow the prompts on the page to enter the payee’s mobile number/email/GateUID. Fill in the transfer quantity in the “Amount” field. Then, select the receiving currency in the “Offer” field, and enter the currency quantity that the recipient should pay. After confirming all information, click Send.
Once the transfer is completed, you will be able to view all transaction details by clicking the transaction record icon in the top-right corner. Then go to Recent Trades – Withdraw – Phone/Email/UID to view or cancel the transfer. If you cancel it in time, the funds will be unfrozen and returned to your account.
The recipient can view transaction details in Transferred To Me, where they can choose to Accept or Reject the transfer. If rejected, the funds will be returned to the sender’s account.
