How to start a live chat with Gate.io customer service agents on website:
Click the icon on the bottom-right corner on Web to enter the Gate.io Live Support window.
A window as shown below will pop up.
You will see FAQs in different categories. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, type your
question in the box below and click "Send".
If you need a real person to answer
your questions, click on the "Live Chat" symbol. Alternatively, you can type in "human service" and send it to chat box to chat with a Gate.io support agent.
How to start a live chat with a Gate.io customer service agent on app:
Log into your Gate.io account on App, click on the user avatar on the top-left corner, then click on the customer service icon on the top-right corner .
In "Service Center", you will see FAQs in different categories. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, type your question in the box below and click "Submit".
If you want to talk to a human customer service agent, type "human customer service" and send the message. Then click on "Contact human customer service".
