i) that we determinate, in our sole and absolute discretion, not appropriate or suitable for us to provide all or a portion of the Services; or
ii) where the local laws do not permit us to provide all or a portion of the Services from and/or to that jurisdiction, (together, “ Restricted Locations ”).
Currently, the Restricted Locations include but not limited to the United States of America, Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and so on.
Please be advised that we may impose certain restrictions or terminate specific services for users in certain jurisdictions as necessary. We may update the list of the Restricted Locations from time to time without any notice to you. Please check the Sites frequently to familiarize yourself with the latest list of the Restricted Locations and perform accordingly.
