Terms and Conditions

1. A qualified referrer must register a Gate.io account; the eligible referee must successfully apply for a Gate Card and make at least one successful purchase within one month after the card is approved.
2. The maximum number of qualified referees is 1,000, including new and existing Gate.io users. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the activity may end early once the rewards are exhausted.
3. Referrers can refer multiple referees; however, each referee can only be referred by one referrer. To identify the referrer, the referee must use the referrer’s exclusive referral code when applying for the debit card.
4. Referrer bonuses will be distributed monthly, and the reward amount will depend on the number of qualified referees brought in by the referrer.
5. The rewards for the referee will be issued in the form of points. When the referee makes a purchase, they will receive double points based on the purchase amount, with a maximum cashback limit of 100 USDT. For more information on points, please refer to the relevant introduction .
6. Users with both sub-accounts and main accounts, as well as multiple accounts using the same KYC information, will be considered the same participant. Purchases made through sub-accounts will not count toward the main account.
7. Market makers, corporate, and institutional accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
8. If any illegal, improper, inappropriate, or unfair behavior is detected—including but not limited to cheating, using multiple accounts, and/or any other form of violation—Gate Group reserves the right to disqualify users and confiscate rewards.
9. In case of any discrepancies between the translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
10. Gate Group reserves the right to change, revise, or cancel any terms of this event or the entire promotion at any time without prior notice. This promotion cannot be combined with other events. Gate Group reserves all rights of final interpretation.
