How to submit a request on
website:
1. Log into your Gate.io account, click your avatar in the right top corner, then click "My Ticket".
2. After entering the "My Tickets" page, click on the "Create a ticket" , select the specific issue type, and then describe the issue as required. Once all information are filled and confirmed, click "Submit a ticket".
3. After submitting a ticket, you can view it in the "Ticket List" where you can choose to see all tickets or filter them by status. You can also narrow down your search by filtering tickets by time or using the search bar to find a specific ticket. If the issue has been resolved, you can click "Close Ticket" to close it.
4. To manage a support ticket, click on it to view the issue details. If the issue remains unresolved, click "Submit" to continue processing or provide updates. If the issue is resolved, click "Close Ticket" in the upper right corner. If you haven't received a reply for a while, you can use the "Hurry Up" option to request a faster follow-up.
How to submit a ticket on app:
1. Open the Gate.io mobile app, log in to your account, first click "avatar" in the upper left corner, then click the "Customer Service" icon in the upper right corner.
2. After entering the "Submit a Ticket" page, click on the "Create a ticket" , select the specific issue type, and then describe the issue as required. Once all information are filled and confirmed, click "Submit a ticket".
3. After the ticket is successfully submitted, you can view it in the "Ticket List". You can filter the tickets by status, time or find the specific ticket using the search tool. The tickets that have not been responded to can be viewed in " Processing" or in "All tickets". The tickets that have been replied can be viewed in "Pending".
4. If the issue has not been resolved, you can click "Submit" for further processing; if the issue has been resolved, can click "Close Ticket" at the bottom of the page to close it.
